How do I book an appointment? - First time appointments are booked online through square booking.
Do you offer same-day appointments? - We do not offer same-day appointments.
Are you accepting new clients? - Yes, we are currently accepting new clients.
What is your cancellation policy? - We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service fee. No call/No show: 100% of service fee.
Do you sell gift certificates? - Yes we do, we have physical gift certificates available for purchase in our office. On our website you can purchase a virtual gift certificate.
What forms of payment do you accept? - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and Deep Rooted Healing gift certificates.
What to expect for your first visit? After booking your appointment online, you'll receive a confirmation email regarding your appointment. Shortly after, you'll receive an email with a virtual intake form to complete prior to your session. Day of your appointment, we ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We'll discuss your intake form, goals for your session, areas of concern, and ensure your comfort throughout your time here.
